  • A sizable nonstick frying pan should be heated to medium-high.
  • Salt and pepper the pork chops before adding them to the pan.
  • 4-5 minutes should be spent cooking the chops on each side, or until they achieve an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Before serving, take the chops out of the pan and allow them to rest for a while.
To make sure the pork chops are properly cooked and safe to eat, always use a meat thermometer.

Ingredients;

  • 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless (1-inch thick)
  • To taste, add salt and pepper.

  • Paprika, half a teaspoon

  • Before serving, take the pork chops out of the pan and let them rest for a while.
