Ingredients;
- 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless (1-inch thick)
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Thyme dried, 1 teaspoon
- a single teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Paprika, half a teaspoon
- one-fourth of a teaspoon of cayenne (optional)
Instruction;

- Heat the olive oil in a sizable nonstick frying pan over a medium-high flame.

- Before serving, take the pork chops out of the pan and let them rest for a while.
