Ingredients;
- All-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups

- 14 teaspoons of baking powder

- Ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 cup mashed bananas, ripe (about 2 medium bananas)
- Grated zucchini in one cup (about 1 medium zucchini)
- Granulated sugar, 1/2 cup
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 30 ml of vegetable oil
- two huge eggs
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Instruction;
- Turn on the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium basin.
- Mix the grated zucchini, mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a sizable basin.
- Stir just until mixed after adding the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Avoid overmixing.
- Fill the loaf pan with the batter, then use a spatula to smooth the top.
- 50 to 60 minutes of baking time, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- After cooling in the pan for ten minutes, take the bread out and place it on a wire rack to finish cooling.
