Italian chicken rigatoni recipe;

An example of a pasta dish is Italian Chicken Rigatoni, which combines rigatoni pasta with chicken, a tomato-based sauce flavor infused with vodka and cream, as well as additional ingredients like onion, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Typically, fresh basil is used as a garnish while salt and pepper are used to season the dish. When the pasta is finished cooking, it is combined with the sauce, vegetables, and chicken before being served hot.

Ingredients;

  • Rigatoni pasta and boneless, skinless chicken breasts that have been diced into bite-sized pieces total one pound each.
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1-half cups vodka
  • half a cup of heavy cream
  • Olive oil and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • -To taste, add salt and pepper -Chopped fresh basil as a garnish

Instruction;

  1. Rigatoni should be prepared as directed on the package until it is al dente. Drain then set apart.
  2. Olive oil should be heated in a sizable pan at medium heat. Salt and pepper the chicken, onion, and garlic before adding them. Cook the chicken until it is thoroughly done and browned.
  3. Stir in vodka and smashed tomatoes before simmering. Cook the sauce for 5-7 minutes, or until it slightly thickens.

  4. Cook the sauce for an additional two to three minutes, or until it is well cooked, after stirring in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss the cooked rigatoni in the sauce in the pan after adding it.
  6. Serve hot with chopped basil as a garnish.
  7. To make it tastier, you might add more vegetables like bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and broccoli.
